Warminster Man Charged With AI-Generated Child Porn, Break-In: Neighbors Stunned

Neighbors on a quiet block of Warminster, Pennsylvania, are grappling with the disturbing arrest of 46-year-old Christopher O’Neill, who authorities say not only amassed nearly 700 images and videos of child pornography — including AI-generated content — but also broke into a child’s bedroom to steal her underwear.

According to a July 3, 2025 press release from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, investigators began tracking O’Neill after receiving a June 10 cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip led to a search of O’Neill’s Warminster home, where authorities found AI-generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM), handwritten sexually explicit stories, and manipulated images that placed a real girl’s face onto adult bodies.
