The Blueberry Festival returns to Bethlehem this weekend for its 38th year, bringing an expanded array of blueberry-themed treats and family activities to Burnside Plantation.
Organized by the nonprofit Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites (HBMS), this year’s festival will feature what organizers describe as “the most blueberry sweets and treats in the event’s history,” running from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, July 19-20 at 1461 Schoenersville Road.
Food takes center stage at the festival, with several vendors offering creative blueberry-infused specialties. The Taste Budz, making its festival debut, will feature a sweet and savory blueberry grilled cheese sandwich. The Easton-based food truck will also offer pulled pork slow-cooked in blueberry sangria topped with blueberry barbecue sauce.
DonutNV returns with made-to-order mini-donuts in blueberry flavors including blueberry cobbler, blueberry lemon, and blueberry glazed. The Rolling Brew, another newcomer, will serve handcrafted drinks including blueberry matcha and blueberry lime refresher…
