A driver involved in a road rage attack earlier this month was justified in killing his attacker, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office says.
No charges will be filed against the killer of 35-year-old Tamir Johnson, District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan said in a news release Monday.
Johnson, of Whitehall Township, allegedly struck the driver’s side door of a Toyota Prius with a metal baseball bat during a road rage incident about 3:35 a.m. July 6 at South Fifth and Hamilton streets in Allentown.
