YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Officials are prohibiting swimming at a Midstate lake due to an elevated count of bacteria.
The Gifford State Pinchot Park announced on Facebook that routine water testing returned an elevated coliform count, so swimming in Pinchot Lake at the Quaker Race Day Use Area will be prohibited.
