A serious crash brought traffic to a standstill on Route 22 Thursday morning.
The six-vehicle crash happened on the westbound side of the highway just before the Cedar Crest Boulevard exit, near mile marker 319.3, according to state police.
Lehigh County dispatchers say the crash was reported shortly after 6:30 a.m.
