This is Pat’s Pizza & Bistro, a locally loved spot that’s part of a family tradition stretching back over 50 years.
The story starts in 1974, when three cousins bought a sandwich shop in Pennsville, New Jersey. That original Pat’s would go on to spark a multi-state wave of independently owned restaurants across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. But in 2018, it was Yianni Kyziridis, a seasoned restaurant operator with a passion for hospitality, who brought the brand to Bethlehem.
