U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. – A scenic and historic restaurant is starting a new chapter in Lehigh County.
Ye Olde Spring Valley Tavern, a full-service tavern known for utilizing fresh ingredients such as trout from its spring-fed pond, has been sold and is in the process of transitioning to new ownership over the next few weeks at 1355 Station Ave. in Upper Saucon Township, according to an announcement on the business’ Facebook page.
“Saturday August 9th will be the last day of operations under Donna and Warren Walters, at which point the Restaurant will be closed until the transition is complete,” the announcement continues.
“We will be offering a shortened menu for the time being. We appreciate all of our Spring Valley Family and community for their love and support over the years. Thank you, we love you all.”…
