ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The city of Allentown celebrated Puerto Rican pride Sunday with a burst of color, music, and culture taking over center city.
The annual Puerto Rican parade and festival kicked off Sunday morning with a flag-raising ceremony at City Hall, followed by a lively parade that marched down Hamilton Street and crossed the Tilghman Street Bridge.
