A memorial has been set up outside Long Valley Animal Hospital for one of the two victims shot and killed by a New Jersey state trooper.
The Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s office says Trooper Ricardo Santos is responsible for the deaths of 33-year-old Lauren Semanchik, a veterinarian at the animal hospital and 29-year-old Tyler Webb, a volunteer firefighter.
