NORRISTOWN — A Delaware County man faces up to two decades in prison after he admitted to raping a 13-year-old girl who was in his company at an Upper Providence Township location.
Barry Cunningham, 44, of the 1100 block of East 8th Street, Eddystone, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court on Monday to charges of rape and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with the July 3, 2024, incident that occurred at a location along Campus Drive in Upper Providence, where the victim was residing.
