After seven months of waiting, a Lehigh Valley halal chain will host a soft opening this week for its new restaurant before offering free platters for the grand opening next month.
Sizzling Bites Halal Grill will hold a soft opening at 1 p.m. Tuesday for its new location at the 25th Street Shopping Plaza at 2429 Nazareth Road in Palmer Township, owner Abdul Wali said, where customers can enjoy gyros, burgers, cheesesteaks, macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, salads and fries.
