U.S. Marshals seek help finding PSU rape suspect

ABINGTON, Pa. (WTAJ) — U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help to find a man wanted for rape on a Penn State campus.

According to the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force, Abdul-Jabril Cooper, 19, of D.C., has a warrant for his arrest out of Montgomery County for a September 2024 rape at Penn State’s Abington campus.

Cooper was a student at the time of the alleged rape of a female student at his campus apartment. Marshals said he has since unenrolled from the university…
