PERKASIE, Pa. – A 76-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident at Lenape Park.
The Perkasie Borough Police Department said William Schwager struck a female with his vehicle following an argument on Aug. 17.
Police say the incident began when they responded to a report of a female on the ground screaming for help near a vehicle.
