BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A family-run restaurant – known for its smoked brisket, pulled pork and other barbecue favorites – is expanding its footprint with a new location in the Lehigh Valley.
The Barbecue Boys, a brother-owned barbecue restaurant at 4 Union Square in Phillipsburg, is planning to open a second location next month at 306 S. New St., Unit 109, in south Bethlehem.
The new Bethlehem restaurant, with counter and table seating for around 30 guests, has a tentative opening date of Sept. 16, according to Dean Zannakis, who operates the business with his brother, Andrew Zannakis.
Foodies can follow The Barbecue Boys’ social media pages on Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates, including an official opening announcement for the Bethlehem location, Dean said…
