ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin Holihan announced that his office, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Auto Theft Prevention Authority, will host a free wheel lock distribution event to help combat rising auto thefts in the region.
The event will take place Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at AAA East Central, located at 2072 Downyflake Lane in Allentown.
