Developer pays $3.3 million for Lehigh Valley farmland to build homes

A Lancaster County homebuilder has purchased 35 acres of land in North Whitehall Township to construct 26 homes.

Keystone Custom Homes says it will develop the land along Neffs Laurys Road. It acquired the land from Jaindl Land Co. for $3.3 million in July, according to Lehigh County real estate records.

“We’re thrilled to expand in this growing market and bring our high-quality homes to the Lehigh County community,” said Ben Rutt, vice president of sales and marketing at Keystone Custom Homes. “For years, people have been asking when we would move in this direction, and we’re excited to have found the perfect locations to make that happen.”…
