18th Annual Coal Miners’ Heritage Festival

LANSFORD, Pa. — A celebration of our area’s anthracite coal history in Carbon County this Labor Day weekend.

No. 9 Coal Mine and Museum in Lansford hosted its 18th Annual Coal Miners’ Heritage Festival. The event celebrates the coal region’s history, culture, food, and music. It also featured historic and cultural organizations, early automobiles, and private collectors selling a variety of vintage mining and railroad artifacts.
