U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. – After 10 years of business, a destination for cocktails and craft burgers has ended operations in Lehigh County.
A location of Bar Louie, a chain of full-service restaurants offering freshly prepared drinks, sandwiches, entrees and more, has closed permanently at Promenade Saucon Valley, according to signage posted on the restaurant’s door.
The Upper Saucon Township restaurant opened in 2015 at the site of a former Shula’s Steak House location.
