BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Bethlehem City Council addressed last week’s arrest of city open records officer Zachary Cole-Borghi.
Cole-Borghi, a Lehigh County commissioner and Bethlehem right-to-know officer, was arrested on drug charges as part of an investigation that resulted in multiple arrests in several states.
