‘They’re just looking to survive’: Bethlehem community members voice concerns about homeless encampment removal

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Commenters at Bethlehem City Council’s Tuesday night meeting voiced strong concerns about plans to clear a homeless encampment under the Hill-to-Hill Bridge along the Lehigh River.

Last week, Bethlehem Police received a letter from Norfolk Southern asking the department to help remove people from the encampment.
