Officials to hold news conference on findings of Allentown discrimination probe

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Allentown officials will hold a news conference Thursday to discuss the findings of an investigation into allegations of discrimination by the mayor and his administrators.

Allentown City Council and representatives from Duane Morris LLP, which council hired to conduct the investigation, will speak at 11 a.m., according to a media advisory from city council.

The media advisory says council will address the findings and recommendations of Ordinance 16094, which passed in January of this year. That ordinance authorized Duane Morris LLP to investigate the discrimination allegations…
