First look: New high-rise pitched for downtown Easton

EASTON, Pa.- We’re getting our first look at the new, seven-story building that’s being pitched for downtown Easton.

Representatives from Serfass Development will appear before the Easton Planning Commission Wednesday night to discuss what they want to build at 101 S. 3rd Street.

As 69 News previously reported, plans call for a mixed-use building with more than 2,540 square feet of retail and commercial space on the first floor, with 73 condominiums on the upper levels.

The condos are a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses…
