Nazareth police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling east on Easton Road on Tuesday, Sept. 2, according to the release.
Officers suspected the driver, identified as 34-year-old Jason J. Lamboy, might have been impaired by alcohol or a controlled substance, authorities said.
