Water Bottle Thrown in Road Rage Incident, Police Say

A 19-year-old Hellertown resident was the victim of a recent road rage incident on Freemansburg Avenue in Bethlehem Township, state police at Belfast said in a news release this week.

According to police, the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 1–which was Labor Day–near the Rt. 33 south ramp from Freemansburg Avenue.

Police said that during the incident, a 40-year-old Bethlehem woman stopped her vehicle, exited it and allegedly threw a water bottle at the Hellertown resident’s vehicle before trying to flee the scene…
