NORRISTOWN — A man awaiting trial for a September 2024 hit-and-run that killed a teenage girl in Philadelphia appeared in a Montgomery County courtroom, where a jury convicted him of stealing merchandise from a Target store in Plymouth Township.
Marvin Anthony Wicker was convicted on Thursday, his 41st birthday, of charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and evading arrest or detention on foot in connection with two incidents in July 2024 during which he stole Apple AirTags from the Target store in the 2200 block of Chemical Road.
