Pennsylvania Mother Receives Refurbished Vehicle from Recycled Rides Program

On Sept. 10, a single mother from Pennsylvania received a beautifully refurbished vehicle from the National Auto Body Council (NABC) Recycled Rides program, vehicle donor GEICO and repair partner Faulkner Collision Center, which also hosted the presentation at Faulkner Subaru in Easton, PA.

The recipient, Tikisha Houser, was nominated by the Being Beautiful Foundation, based in North Wales, PA, which provides safe, secure and loving homes for children who have suffered from abuse and neglect and were placed in foster care. The goal is to provide homes for these children headed by nurturing and caring adults dedicated to enriching their lives.

“I got this car today and I’m very grateful,” said Houser. “This is going to help change our family, this is going to change our lives.”…
