U. SAUCON TWP., Pa. – A new destination for hand-crafted beers, spirits, food and more is coming soon to Lehigh County.
Barley Creek Brewing Company, a popular Poconos-based microbrewery offering Pennsylvania-made craft beer, spirits and wines, plans to open its Barley Creek Taproom Saucon in October at Promenade Saucon Valley.
The new 3,119-square-foot taproom, opening between Melt and Kome, will bring Barley Creek’s award-winning craft beer and small batch distillery products “as well as its signature hospitality to Lehigh Valley,” a news release states.
The new taproom will operate daily: 11:01 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:01 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 11:01 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays…
