Man charged with attempted possession of 400+ grams of fentanyl in Franklin County

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A federal grand jury has indicted a Pennsylvania man after a drug trafficking investigation in Franklin County.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Jose Urena-Capellan, 40, of Allentown, has been indicted on charges of attempted possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl.
