A Wrightstown woman who fled the country for more than a year has been released from jail while awaiting court hearings on more than 150 animal cruelty and neglect charges after she abandoned her farm.
In a bail hearing Oct. 1, Bucks County Common Pleas Judge James McMaster reduced the original $500,000 bail for Abigail Tuttle O’Keeffe, 54, to nonmonetary bail. This means she doesn’t have to post money.
