POTTSTOWN — Pennsylvania’s three-month failure to adopt an annual budget, combined with cuts at the federal level from the “Big Beautiful Bill” and government shut down are going to combine to make life more difficult for people, two state representatives told a crowd of mostly seniors Wednesday night.
At the invitation of the Pottstown Chapter of the NAACP, state Rep. Joe Ciresi, D-146th Dist., and state Rep. Paul Friel, D-26th Dist., brought some staff experts to the TriCounty Active Adult Center on Moser Road to outline some of the coming pain.
