PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Police are searching for a woman wanted on narcotics-related offenses and other charges.
Sarah M. Brittain, 39, of Phillipsburg, is wanted by the Phillipsburg Police Department for drug offenses, resisting arrest and multiple failures to appear in court.
