Allentown, PA – The Pennsylvania State Police Troop M, based in Fogelsville, is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect involved in a retail theft that occurred earlier this month at the Ulta Beauty store on North Krocks Road in Allentown, Lehigh County.
According to police, the incident happened on October 13, 2025, around 12:00 p.m., when the pictured suspect allegedly stole a bottle of fragrance valued at $210. Authorities released the surveillance image and are seeking any information that could help identify the person involved.
