Felix Pagan Convicted Of Raping Homeless Woman In PA

Prosecutors said the victim — who was experiencing homelessness at the time — went to Pagan’s apartment in the 200 block of N. 7th Street on Jan. 13, 2022 to get warm. While inside, Pagan raped and sexually assaulted her, according to authorities. The woman fled and immediately reported the assault at police headquarters; swabs taken from the victim matched Pagan’s DNA, investigators said.

Pagan, of Marienville, PA, was convicted of Rape (Threat of Forcible Compulsion), Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (by Threat of Forcible Compulsion), and Strangulation. He remains held at Lehigh County Jail without bail and could be required to register as a sex offender for life, according to the DA…
