Falls man who fired gun in his apartment sentenced, paroled

A Falls man who alleged that his gun was accidentally fired — leading to a two-hour police standoff at his apartment complex earlier this year — has been released on parole.

In a court appearance Oct. 28, 30-year-old Munaj Booker pleaded guilty to a felony charge of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure.

Bucks County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Raymond McHugh accepted the plea and sentenced Booker to a maximum of 23 months in the Bucks County Correctional Center and two years of probation, according to the court docket…
