Charges dismissed against Bucks contractor accused of taking payment and not completing services

A Buckingham Township contractor who was accused by authorities in a Montgomery County borough of taking a $15,630 advance payment from a client in Montgomery County and never completing home improvement services had both felony charges lodged against him dismissed at a recent preliminary hearing.

Souderton Police initially charged Anthony D. DiSalvi, 45, of the 4600 block of Sands Way, in April 2025 with felony counts of receiving advance payment for services and failing to perform and theft by deception, and summary disorderly conduct, per an affidavit filed with Montgomery County courts.
