A vehicle struck a man near the Route 202 Parkway on Saturday morning, causing the closure of the roadways for over two hours in Montgomery Township.
According to county dispatch, units were called out around 7:50 a.m. for the report of a traffic collision south of County Line Road, near the Route 202 Parkway. Early reports stated that a 50-year-old man was “partially conscious” after being struck by a vehicle, according to those at the scene. Police said that the man had his eyes open and that he was breathing.
The pedestrian was transported to Grandview Hospital as a category class two.
Route 202 between Horsham and County Line roads were closed for more than two hours after the incident as the accident was investigated. The condition of the transported pedestrian nor the driver was released at this time…
