NORRISTOWN — A Lansdale woman claims she did not “fully grasp the implications” of pleading no contest to charges she threatened to “shoot up” North Penn High School during a disturbance and wants a judge to vacate her probationary sentence and allow her to go to trial on the charges.
Cieria Alexis Wynder, 33, of the 400 block of East Main Street, filed a petition in Montgomery County Court asking a judge to allow her to withdraw the no contest plea she entered last week to charges of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with the April 1, 2025, incident at the high school on Valley Forge Road in Towamencin Township.
