NORRISTOWN — A Philadelphia man is headed to prison for his role in a gun trafficking network, allegedly led by three men linked to a deadly Lower Merion home invasion burglary and which dealt in 3D-printed ghost guns, suppressors and machine gun conversion devices.
Corry K. Simpson, 39, of the 5600 block of North Marvine Street, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 7 to 20 years in a state correctional institution after he pleaded guilty to charges of corrupt organizations, selling or transferring firearms to ineligible persons and criminal use of a communication facility in connection with incidents that occurred between June 2024 and January 2025.
