ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said the death of a man who was hit by a car in Allentown was a homicide.
29-year-old Rigoberto E. Hernandez Arias of Allentown was struck and run over by a motor vehicle in the 2000 block of S. 4th Street at approximately 7:55 p.m. Friday, according to a news release from the coroner’s office.
