LEHIGH TWP., Pa. – A crash in Lehigh Township, Northampton County closed a stretch of Route 248 early Tuesday afternoon.
County dispatchers said it happened on the 3900 block of Lehigh Drive in the “S” turns around 10:45 a.m.
The crash occurred in front of a township firefighter in his travels, a fire official said. With the assistance of a passerby, both were able to rapidly remove the driver from the vehicle as it was catching fire…
