BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A tasty business will soon be spicing up downtown Bethlehem’s dining scene.
A new location of La Cocina del Abuelo, also known as Grandpa’s Kitchen, offering authentic Mexican dishes such as tacos, tortas and tostadas, is tentatively set to open on Dec. 19 at 81 W. Broad St., owner and chef Greenberg Lemus said.
The new restaurant will supplement La Cocina del Abuelo’s original, 3.5-year-old location at 621 W. Hamilton St. in downtown Allentown.
