Walter Cecil Bass III, 58, of Warrington, is accused of assaulting a woman during the dispute outside the Wegmans at 1405 Main Street in Warrington, Bucks County, on Saturday, Sept. 27, according to the release.
Bass allegedly confronted the woman for parking in a no-loading zone and began yelling obscenities at her, investigators said. The woman told officers she tried to walk away, but Bass became increasingly aggressive, prompting her to swing her purse and hit him in the face, police said.
