Tenants at a 55-and-older manufactured home community in Forks Township have been worried for years about litigation tied to the land where they live.
The litigation is over, and they got a new landlord last week.
They still own their homes at the Village at Fox Crossing, but they will now pay rent to the new landlord for the right to keep those homes on his land at 3800 Kesslersville Road…
