Old Bethlehem bank site eyed for ‘experience center,’ restaurant and 61 apartments

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A plan that would redevelop the former Wells Fargo site on West Broad Street will be reviewed this week by the City Planning Commission.

Developers envision more than 6,700 square feet for an “experience center” and rooftop terrace at the historic bank building at West Broad and Guetter streets downtown.

Also, plans show 61 apartments in a new seven-story structure to go atop and just north of the bank, which is set to be maintained…
