Man charged after damaging six vehicles with cigarette dispenser in parking lot, police say

A client at a Milford Township healthcare facility is facing felony charges after Pennsylvania State Police said he smashed multiple vehicles in the facility’s parking lot with a metal cigarette dispenser during an outburst late last month, causing nearly $6,000 in total damage.

Kristopher Jason Schwartz, 24, of Chester, was charged with six counts of felony criminal mischief and a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge following the Nov. 24 incident, according to a criminal complaint filed by state police.
