Driver faces up to 30 years in prison for 2nd-story crash that killed passenger: prosecutor

A pickup truck driver whose passenger died when he drove drunk and smashed his car into the second floor of a Warren County home was convicted Friday on multiple serious charges, authorities said.

John C. Nunn, 31, of Washington Township, was found guilty of first-degree aggravated manslaughter, second-degree death by auto, second degree aggravated assault and two counts of third-degree assault by auto, according to a statement from the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
