BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A Bethlehem woman has been arrested in connection with a serious crash in Lehigh Township that authorities say was caused by aggressive driving while under the influence, according to Northampton County District Attorney Stephen G. Baratta.
Hannah Lipkin was arrested following a Sept. 7, 2025, crash on Riverview Drive in Lehigh Township. Police said Lipkin was traveling south when her vehicle crossed into the northbound lane and struck other vehicles, seriously injuring another motorist.
Lehigh Township police officers responded to the scene and later reviewed dashcam footage from a bystander that captured the collision. Investigators also obtained additional rear-facing dashcam video showing Lipkin’s driving in the moments leading up to the crash…
