A woman is accused of leaving a 13-year-old child in the car for over an hour as she gambled at Wind Creek casino in Bethlehem, authorities said.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board announced Wednesday it placed that woman and three other adults on its various Involuntary Exclusion Lists.
