State Police employee charged with recording woman without her consent

SINKING SPRING, Pa. – A Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) employee is facing charges after allegedly making a video recording of a woman without her consent.

31-year-old Isaias Espinoza of Bangor, Northampton County, is charged with one count of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.
