NORRISTOWN — A Pottstown man who was linked to a gun trafficking network after he struggled with borough police as they tried to arrest him for pointing a gun at another man will spend at least 15 years behind bars.
Horace Jay Kieffer Jr., 38, of the 300 block of Rowan Alley, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 15 to 30 years in a state correctional facility after he pleaded guilty to illegal sale or transfer of firearms, conspiracy, unlawfully possessing body armor, resisting arrest and person not to possess firearms in connection with incidents that occurred between January 2024 and May 2025.
